The Lawn on D: Outdoor Fun in Boston

October 1, 2015 4:31 pm

Enjoy the outdoors and experience fun events at The Lawn on D!

This unique outdoor space is meant to foster community and civic engagement by showcasing fun events featuring art, live music, and much more. It's kind of like a public park — a park featuring bocce, lounge chairs, table tennis, and art exhibits. It's also an event space, with something interesting happening just about each and every day.

On Friday, October 2, for instance, the lawn will have a lunch-time concert featuring Summer in the City; on Saturday, October 3, there'll be yoga on the lawn plus a live DJ. Sunday will see a screening of the Red Sox game against the Cleveland Indians, and you can check out The Lawn on D's website to see a full calendar of events!

If you'd like to see it for yourself, The Lawn on D is just a short trip from Windsor Village at Waltham in South Boston.
